The Finutra team had the pleasure of participating in the 2023 Vitafoods exhibition. After three years, we reunited with many valued customers, and it was great to see how everyone has grown and evolved in their business endeavors.

The nutraceutical supplement market has experienced significant growth in recent years, driven by the increasing interest in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Nutraceutical supplements are designed to provide nutritional benefits, and they are becoming increasingly popular as more people become aware of their benefits.

As we look ahead to next year’s exhibition, we’re excited to see what lies ahead and to once again have the opportunity to reunite with old friends and make new ones. With its focus on innovation, collaboration, and growth, we know that the Vitafoods exhibition will continue to be a must-attend event for any serious player in the nutrition and wellness industries.

“Most of our member companies wanted to stay open, and were staying open under the assumption that they were a part of either the food sector or the health care sector,” said Steve Mister, president and CEO of the Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN), in an interview. “What this does is it makes it clear. So if someone from state law enforcement should show up and ask, 'Why are you open?’ they can directly point to the CISA guidance.”
Mister added, “When the first round of this memo came out, we were pretty confident that we would be included by inference … but it didn’t expressly say dietary supplements. You kind of had to read between the lines to read us into it.”
