Cameroon possesses a unique geographical advantage, often called "Africa in miniature," providing an abundance of raw materials for plant extraction. However, the local industry currently faces a gap between raw resource abundance and high-end industrial processing capabilities for health food production.
The demand for standardized plant extract powder is rising as Cameroonian consumers shift toward preventative healthcare and organic supplements. Despite this, many local producers still rely on rudimentary drying methods that often degrade sensitive bioactive compounds.
Economic shifts in Central Africa are driving an urgent need for scalable manufacturing plants that can transform raw herbs extract into export-grade ingredients, aligning with international GMP standards to penetrate global markets.
